If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. For authorization to obtain a refund, send an e-mail to customercare@holisticbodycare.com or fax us at (949) 226-7372. You will be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number either by phone or e-mail.

Make sure to include your name, address and phone number, original receipt and the RMA Number that was issued to you in your returned package.
We advise you to return your item(s) via UPS or insured parcel post. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping fees are refundable when the original item(s) were either shipped incorrectly by Holistic Body Care or were received damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If you would like a replacement product, we will send out a replacement of the same product at no cost to you. If you would prefer a credit card refund, we will need your credit card information in order to issue the refund to your card. If this information is not included with your returned product, we will call you to collect it. Please note: We do not keep credit card information on file, and therefore cannot process a refund without it.
